We now provide complete infrastructure solutions and specialize in turnkey projects, infrastructure consultation and property management solutions.  Started in 2001 by Mr.Satish P Chandra, who was eager to diversify into various sectors.

GTP quickly rose to fame in 2003 with ‘The Dome’ which now houses the offices of Tata Consultancy Services in Bangalore. With the expertise we have over the years, today GTP is one of India’s fastest growing infrastructure solution providers. It is rarely seen, that office buildings, started from the scratch complete on time. Even more rarely does things happen before time. One such project happening in a Tier-2 city was GTP-Coimbatore project dedicatedly done for Robert Bosch Engineering Services (RBEI) The project was conceived as a 2,50,000 Sq. Ft Tech Park with ability to house 1,300 workstations along with data center, meeting rooms, board rooms and multiple labs etc. GTP undertook the ground breaking in Jan 2019 and delivered the first phase of the project which included base building & interior fit out along with support services like Gen Sets, AC plants, STP, Utility power, Power Distribution Plant, Fire Hydrant system and Cafeteria etc., within 6 months from the start. 450 employees were able to work from the facility. It is a unique achievement for all times. The dedicated project management & project delivery teams worked in a uniquely synchronous manner, making sure all plans work and the work execution done as per the client requirement. Continuing further the second phase of the project was completed and handed over for operation in next 5 months the entire project was completed within 11 months from the start date. Which again was well ahead of the scheduled plan. Similar to this, all our earlier projects have been executed on a record delivery time
