Our Story

Headquartered in Bengaluru - India’s Silicon Valley - GTP had its roots as a realty venture. Founded by Satish Chandra in 2001, GTP grew quickly by differentiating with quality, design, integrity, timely delivery and great value for its customers. We made an early mark in the crowded realty scene by designing the iconic tech park - “The Dome” - in Electronic City., which is home to TCS today. Since then, we have created some of the most admired spaces by bringing together the best minds in design & architecture.

Over the last three decades, we have evolved into a multi-faceted holding company with interests in realty, technology, healthcare, energy and other domains, with operations across the UK, USA, Switzerland, Netherlands, Singapore, South Africa, and Germany.

VISION

Innovation. Quality. Integrity. Our vision can be summed up in these three words. Our vision is to build & deliver projects, products and brands, around these values.

FUTURE INVESTMENTS

With footprints across the US, Europe, the UK, Africa and South East Asia, GTP is diversifying into various segments.

LOGISTICS

Collaborating with US & Canadian pension funds, we will be building warehouses to provide logistical support to diverse industries.

SOLAR ENERGY

Our steadfast belief in sustainable solutions found the perfect match in PV Solar GMBH Germany. Together we charted a journey to provide solar energy solutions. From tailor-making solar panels as per client’s needs to providing design, installation and maintenance services, GTP has become a 360-degree solution provider in solar today.

GLOBAL REALTY

The expansion of our global realty footprint has already begun with offices in Switzerland, Australia, Italy, the USA and South Africa. In the next 5 years, we aim to buy, sell, and lease real estate with great potential, or develop them into infrastructure projects for various business verticals.

People

Satish P Chandra

...

The ability to look beyond the horizon…

And the courage to face rough waters and unchartered territories… Will take you ahead…

For Satish Chandra, Being born into a business family meant just one thing. “Responsibility”. Of the people, customers and society.

After taking the reins of his family business of manufacturing wooden toys & housewares, Satish Chandra focused on its growth and chartered a new course. In the next decade, he transformed the traditional business into a preferred supplier for global brands like Marks & Spencers UK, Blooming Dale USA, and National Pana Home Japan, and became the single largest wooden articles supplier of IKEA. His ability to look beyond the horizon showed him the limitations of this business. Like a true entrepreneur, he diversified and forayed into a completely new territory - real estate- and GTP was born.

Under his stewardship, GTP grew into an admired player in realty and evolved into a holding company with diverse business interests. Forever a people-man, Satish Chandra has built an ecosystem that nurtures & encourages people who take risks and challenges. Today this able and passionate group of specialists manage different verticals and operations of GTP, while he leads from the front.

Deeply committed to philanthropy, Satish Chandra is actively involved in various CSR initiatives of GTP. This multiple award winner -including Business Man of the Year, Gulf Karnataka Ratna Award, International Book of Honour, England and Golden Peacock Eco-Innovative award - serves on the governing council of prestigious educational institutions like Mysore University and Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering (SJCE).

Not the one to rest on his laurels, Satish Chandra is continuing his entrepreneurial journey by seeking new challenges in business.
